Kernel crash via premature IRQ registration

NULL pointer dereference in the Venus media driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system during device probe. The probe path registers its IRQ before hfi_create() initializes the handler, so a spurious interrupt dereferences a NULL handler pointer. Reachability requires the Qualcomm Venus driver and a probe-time interrupt; the condition was observed during system boot on Rb3Gen2 and affects SIMATIC CN 4100 before V5.0.
