Kernel crash via invalid DAMON migration target

Improper input validation in Linux kernel 6.11 allows local users to crash the kernel through an invalid DAMON migration request. The damon_migrate_pages() path passes an unchecked target node from DAMOS_MIGRATE_HOT or DAMOS_MIGRATE_COLD into page migration, causing a page fault on a nonexistent node. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and submission of an invalid target node; the reported consequence is an availability-only kernel Oops.
