Local service interruption via delayed RDMA packet cleanup

Resource lifetime error in Linux kernel RDMA/rxe 6.10 through 6.17-rc2 allows local users to cause service interruption with delayed packets. rxe_skb_tx_dtor resolves a queue pair by pool index after transmission without keeping a direct queue-pair reference, so delayed SKB destruction can follow resource release. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and an active RXE path on a network device that retains packets; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
