Unrestricted file upload in Code Projects News Publishing Site Dashboard 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The edit-category.php handler trusts the category_image multipart Content-Type header and stores a .php payload without validating its content or extension. Access to the Edit Category page and a valid PHP session are required; the uploaded script executes with the web server's permissions.
