Service degradation via unreleased revoked delegations

Resource exhaustion in Linux nfsd allows remote attackers to degrade NFS service by reusing revoked delegation stateids. nfs4_lookup_stateid() excludes SC_STATUS_FREEABLE from its allowed-status mask, so revoked delegations waiting for FREE_STATEID are not found or released. A client permitted by the export ACL can repeat ordinary NFSv4 operations to consume the global delegation limit and sustain service degradation without exposing or modifying data.
