Kernel crash via cleanup of unallocated MSI resources

Null pointer dereference in Linux 6.16 through 6.16.3 allows local users to crash the kernel during Qualcomm UFS initialization. In ufs_qcom_config_esi(), failed Platform MSI allocation leaves no MSI resources, but automatic cleanup still calls the resource-release path and dereferences NULL. Reachability requires a Qualcomm UFS controller with MCQ enabled and a Platform MSI allocation failure; the resulting kernel crash interrupts service.
