Stored XSS via forged settings update
Published Apr 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in A WP Life Right Click Disable OR Ban 1.1.17 and earlier allows remote attackers to store malicious scripts. Missing or incorrect nonce validation on the plugin's settings-update function accepts a forged administrative request and saves attacker-controlled script content. An administrator must visit a crafted page or link while authenticated, after which the stored script executes in affected page contexts.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
