Unauthenticated file inclusion via unrestricted path input
Published May 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Local file inclusion in creativeON WHMpress 6.2 through 6.2-revision-9 allows remote attackers to include and execute server files. The plugin passes an attacker-controlled filename to a PHP include or require operation without adequate path restriction, but public advisories do not identify the affected function or parameter. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient; included PHP files execute in the server context, while readable local files can expose sensitive data.
