Script execution via reflected unsanitized input
Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Smart IO Labs Smart Notification 10.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted request. The plugin fails to sanitize request input and escape it before reflecting the value into a generated WordPress page; the parameter and code locus are undisclosed. Exploitation requires a victim to follow an attacker-controlled link or take a comparable action, after which the script runs in the trusted site origin and can alter page content or access data available to that browser session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
