Remote code execution via misrouted FTEB packets

Deployment of Wrong Handler in Honeywell Experion PKS and OneWireless WDM allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted CDA packets. The CDA component routes FTEB protocol input to an incorrect handler, causing crafted packets to be processed as an unintended message type. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient; execution can manipulate data and interrupt affected control functions.
