File-permission errors in Tridium Niagara Framework and Enterprise Security before 4.10.11, 4.14.2, or 4.15.1 allow file manipulation. The QNX file-write path assigns insufficient permissions and inadequately validates an authenticated administrator's authority before writing. Administrative authentication and network reachability are required; exploitation permits file changes with confidentiality, integrity, and availability consequences.
