Anti-CSRF token disclosure via GET query strings

Sensitive-token exposure in Niagara Framework and Niagara Enterprise Security allows context-dependent attackers to obtain anti-CSRF tokens. Niagara Workbench sends a session-long refresh token in the query string of GET requests to the /ord spy endpoint, and CSP reports can copy the URL into syslog. Exposure requires authenticated Workbench activity plus unencrypted remote syslog within a man-in-the-middle position; the token enables forged state-changing requests.
