Unauthenticated device control via passwordless web server
Published May 2, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2025
Missing authorization in Digigram PYKO-OUT 1.0 allows remote attackers to control the appliance through its web server. The default web-server configuration accepts administrative requests without login information or a password, exposing configuration and audio-stream controls. Network reachability to the device is sufficient; attackers can alter audio input and output behavior and use network or attached USB connections to target adjacent devices.
