Two-factor enrollment bypass via AIA cancellation

Authentication bypass in Keycloak before 26.2.2 allows remote attackers to skip administrator-required actions during sign-in. The application-initiated-action cancellation path removes an administrator-assigned required action when a crafted sign-in URL parameter selects and then cancels that action. The account must already carry a required action; successful abuse bypasses controls such as two-factor enrollment without granting broader administrative access.
