Cross-site scripting in Drupal Colorbox before 2.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via crafted data attributes. The module passes insufficiently sanitized HTML data attributes into Colorbox when opening a modal, allowing browser interpretation of attacker-controlled script. Exploitation requires a role permitted to enter HTML tags with the relevant data attributes and a victim to open the resulting modal.
