Account takeover via predictable password-reset tokens

Predictable password-reset tokens in MegaBIP 5.19 and earlier allow remote attackers to take over accounts by brute-forcing token values. The password-reset workflow generates tokens from a small random-value space combined with a value that attackers can query. Knowledge of a login name is sufficient to reset that account's password without authentication, including an administrator account.
