Unauthenticated code execution via unvalidated GET parameters

OS command injection in index.php in eCharge Hardy Barth cPH2 2.0.4 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code over an adjacent network. The endpoint passes an unvalidated user-supplied GET parameter string to a system call, enabling command injection in the www-data context. No authentication or user interaction is required, but access to the charging station's adjacent network is required.
