Local system crash via zero-length queue calculation

Divide-by-zero in Linux kernel 6.13 through 6.15.10, 6.16 through 6.16.1, and 6.17-rc1 allows local users to crash systems. When a down port releases its queue and sets ring->len to zero, hbg_get_queue_used_num() divides queue indices by that zero length during a debugfs read. Reachability requires the hibmcge driver and access to its debugfs queue entry while the associated port is down; the published impact is limited to availability.
