Kernel crash via malformed HFS+ volume header

Improper input validation in the HFS+ driver in affected Linux kernels and SIMATIC CN 4100 before V5.0 allows local users to crash the kernel. hfsplus_fill_super() trusts inconsistent volume-header state and later causes hfsplus_create_attributes_file() to reach BUG_ON() instead of returning an I/O error. Local access and a malformed HFS+ volume are required; the assertion can interrupt the host or embedded appliance.
