Unauthenticated account disablement via GOTP email prompt

Missing authorization in Fortra GoAnywhere MFT 7.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to disable user accounts through the GOTP prompt. The prompt accepts a known user's email address and disables that GOTP-configured account without an authorization check. Exploitation requires GOTP email 2FA and a user account without a configured email address; the bounded consequence is denial of access to that account.
