Kernel memory disclosure and crash via oversized filename

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel ntfs3 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system via a crafted NTFS image. The filename conversion path trusts fname->name_len without confirming that the UTF-16 name fits within its directory entry, so it reads beyond the allocated record and returns adjacent heap bytes as a filename. Exploitation requires local access and an attacker-controlled NTFS volume; SIMATIC CN 4100 before V5.0 also contains the affected kernel code.
