Kernel crash via ignored ASoC runtime removal

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel ASoC core allows local users to crash the system during sound-topology module removal. An ignored link created for a missing hardware component has no runtime object, but soc_tplg_remove_link() passes its null rtd value to snd_soc_remove_pcm_runtime(), which dereferences it. Reachability requires topology loading that ignores the link and subsequent module removal; the reported consequence is limited to availability.
