Kernel memory read via short UVC descriptor

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel uvcvideo driver allows local users to read kernel memory or crash a host via a malformed UVC descriptor. The pre-call length check accepts a three-byte descriptor, but uvc_parse_format then reads buffer[3], one byte past the supplied data. Exploitation requires local access and control of a UVC device descriptor; each malformed descriptor causes a one-byte over-read, and the resulting fault can interrupt the host.
