Kernel-memory disclosure or crash via payload overread

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel Venus driver allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system via a crafted video stream. The event_seq_changed handler trusts the firmware-supplied property count and walks pkt_buf without checking the remaining message length before each property access. Access to the local Venus V4L2 decoder node is required; malformed events can expose kernel words or trigger an oops, panic, or lockup.
