Service interruption via unchecked DDP buffer allocation

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel ice driver allows local users to interrupt service during DDP package loading. ice_copy_and_init_pkg passes the unchecked result of devm_kmemdup to ice_init_pkg, which dereferences the buffer after allocation failure. Reachability requires the ice driver and a failed DDP buffer allocation; the documented consequence is limited to availability loss.
