Kernel crash via unchecked unsupported-band RX report

NULL pointer dereference in the rtw89 Wi-Fi receive path in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel crash. rtw89_vif_rx_stats_iter() trusts a problematic RX report that falsely selects an unsupported 6 GHz band, then reaches rtw89_core_cancel_6ghz_probe_tx() with uninitialized band state. The path requires an rtw89 device without 6 GHz support and a rare misleading RX report; the documented kernel Oops interrupts host availability.
