Kernel warning via IPv6 route-notification race

An IPv6 route-notification race in Linux 6.16 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through concurrent routing-table changes. While inet6_rt_notify() runs under RCU protection, a concurrent route change can make rt6_fill_node() return -EMSGSIZE; the function fails to resize its socket buffer and retry before reaching WARN_ON(). Local access capable of submitting route changes is required, and the published reproduction demonstrates the warning during multipath route addition.
