System hang via critical clock disablement

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.16 allows local users to hang SpacemiT K1 systems during reset-controller probe deferral. On -EPROBE_DEFER, the DMA clock unwind decrements parent enable counts until pll1_d8 reaches zero and is disabled despite feeding APB and AXI buses. The condition is limited to SpacemiT K1 systems using the affected clock controller; disabling pll1_d8 halts the system.
