Kernel crash via unresumed clock power domain

Denial of service in Linux 6.10 allows local users to crash the kernel on systems using the i.MX95 BLK_CTL clock driver. Within imx95_bc_probe, runtime PM is enabled without resuming the clock supplier, so its power domain shuts off before provider registration reads BLK_CTL. Low-privileged local access is required, and exposure is confined to affected i.MX95 power-domain configurations.
