System crash via live inode invalidation

Denial of service in Linux kernel ntfs3 allows local users to crash the system by renaming a file on a corrupted NTFS volume. The rename failure path calls make_bad_inode() on an inode that remains attached to a dentry, so concurrent lookup or alias attachment can use an inode evicted from the cache. Exploitation requires local access to a corrupted NTFS volume and the ability to trigger a rename; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
