Service interruption via unchecked eventpoll graph depth

Uncontrolled recursion in Linux kernel eventpoll allows local users to interrupt service by constructing deeply nested epoll graphs. The ep_loop_check_proc() checks ignore upward paths and reuse only one already visited downward path, allowing graphs to reach roughly 500 levels. Exploitation requires local code execution or access to a Siemens device's additional GNU/Linux environment, and the documented impact is limited to availability.
