Kernel stack disclosure via uninitialized ioctl padding

Information disclosure in Linux 6.13 through 6.16 allows local users to read kernel stack data via a GPIB board-info ioctl. The board_info_ioctl function copies gpib_board_info_ioctl to userspace without first clearing a newly added padding field, so stale stack bytes occupy that field. Reachability requires local access to the GPIB ioctl interface; disclosure is limited to uninitialized structure padding, with no supported data modification.
