Service interruption via delayed AMDGPU work use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.16 allows local users to interrupt service during AMD GPU user-queue teardown. The amdgpu_userq_restore_worker used flush_work on suspend_work, which did not wait for delayed work that had not started and allowed it to access freed queue memory. Reaching the flaw requires AMDGPU user queues and a race with device removal or file close; the observed consequence is a kernel memory error and service interruption.
