Kernel crash via missing primary-plane validation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.19 through 6.15.9 and 6.16 allows local users to crash the kernel during Rockchip VOP2 probing. The VOP2 bind path passes a missing primary-plane pointer to drm_crtc_init_with_planes after its window search finds no plane usable by the video port. The fault requires RK3576 VP2 with VP0 also active, limiting the consequence to a kernel crash during affected display initialization.
