Kernel disclosure and crash via freed Bluetooth coredump

An out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.15 through 6.15.9 and 6.16 allows local users to disclose kernel memory through Bluetooth coredumps. The hci_devcd_dump function calls dev_coredumpv before skb_put_data, so an unread earlier coredump causes dev_coredumpv to free hdev->dump.head before skb_put_data copies from it. The path requires local low-privileged access and an unread earlier device coredump; the resulting read can disclose kernel memory and crash the kernel.
