Local kernel crash via EEH hotplug races

Race-condition denial of service in the Linux kernel powerpc EEH subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel during PCIe hotplug. EEH recovery iterates PCI bus structures while concurrent hotplug removal reconfigures or removes the underlying bus, causing kernel oopses. Exploitation requires a PowerPC system and access capable of initiating PCIe hotplug while EEH recovery is in progress; the reported consequence is service interruption.
