Kernel memory corruption via IPv6 GSO offset overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel allows local users to read or alter kernel memory and crash the host via crafted IPv6 GSO packets. The ipv6_gso_segment function accepts an extension-header chain whose offset exceeds the 16-bit skb->transport_header field, truncating the transport location used by segmentation reads and writes. Reachability requires a local process to inject a crafted GSO socket buffer; an unprivileged user can obtain the needed network capabilities in a user and network namespace.
