Kernel disclosure and panic via stale NAPI pointers

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.14 fbnic networking allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the system through AF_XDP. The fbnic open-error path frees NAPI vectors but leaves rx and tx queue pointers linked, so xsk_bind() dereferences reclaimed fbnic_napi_vector memory. Exploitation requires an fbnic device delegated to a user-namespace-owned network namespace plus CAP_NET_ADMIN and CAP_NET_RAW there.
