Incorrect hardware-monitoring data via truncated USB replies

Improper input validation in Linux allows local users to process incomplete Corsair Commander Pro USB replies as valid responses. The send_usb_cmd function previously accepted completion after ccp_raw_event copied a short report without verifying that the expected 64 bytes arrived. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and the affected USB device path; later reads can consume incomplete or stale hardware-monitoring response bytes.
