Service interruption via invalid VHT channel width

Improper input validation in Linux 6.13 through 6.15.6 and 6.16 release candidates allows local users to trigger a kernel warning. sta_link_apply_parameters() accepts malformed VHT operating-mode notifications with unsupported 5 MHz or 10 MHz widths and passes them to ieee80211_chan_width_to_rx_bw(), which reaches WARN_ON on the invalid value. On hosts with panic_on_warn enabled, the warning invokes a kernel panic and interrupts service; otherwise it records an unexpected kernel warning.
