Service interruption via atomic-context scheduling

Improper atomic-context scheduling in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service through dm-verity cache eviction. During __evict_a_few, dm-bufio calls cond_resched while its client spinlock remains held and bottom halves are disabled, causing an invalid sleep in atomic context. The path requires dm-verity with try_verify_in_tasklet enabled plus cache eviction pressure; observed behavior is a kernel warning and availability loss.
