Request hang via asynchronous cache-write race

Race condition in Linux kernel netfs 6.14 through 6.15.7 allows local users to hang asynchronous cache-copy requests during filesystem access. The collector can miss final cleanup when every write subrequest completes before NETFS_RREQ_ALL_QUEUED is set, because no later event queues collection. The race requires asynchronous collection and is most readily reached through Ceph copy2cache; affected requests remain stuck rather than corrupting data.
