Kernel crash via uninitialized channel deregistration

NULL pointer dereference in the ASPEED LPC snoop driver allows local users to crash the Linux kernel through driver unbinding. The removal path passed every channel to misc_deregister even when an optional channel had never been enabled or initialized. Reachability requires local access to the platform-driver unbind interface, and the consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
