Local service interruption via unchecked IRQ shift

Undefined shift behavior in the Linux kernel's das16m1 Comedi driver allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted attach option. The das16m1_attach path uses unchecked signed it->options[1] as the shift count in an IRQ-support bitmask test, so negative or oversized values invoke an out-of-bounds shift. Published assessments agree on local low-privileged reachability; Oracle reports availability-only impact, while Ubuntu also reports confidentiality impact.
