Service interruption via netlink memory-accounting wraparound

Integer wraparound in Linux kernel netlink memory accounting allows local users to exhaust memory and interrupt service. Netlink paths compare signed sk_rmem_alloc against sk_rcvbuf, then add skb truesize without detecting wraparound, so one socket can retain packets until OOM. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access able to create and fill a netlink socket; the bounded consequence is host or controller service interruption from memory exhaustion.
