Kernel crash via NULL device logging

NULL pointer dereference in the ALSA AD1816A driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel through a PnP error path. In snd_card_ad1816a_pnp(), a failed request for the second PnP device leaves pdev NULL, yet dev_warn() dereferences pdev->dev while logging the failure. The path requires the snd-ad1816a driver to handle an AD1816A or AD1815 ISA card with PnP while the secondary MPU401 device request fails.
