Kernel panic via unguarded mt7925 station dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux mt7925 Wi-Fi driver allows local users to crash the kernel during AP-mode station setup. The mt7925_sta_set_decap_offload function accesses msta->vif members before station initialization completes, without checking whether that pointer and wcid.sta are ready. Reachability requires a local low-privileged path that adds a station while the mt7925 driver operates as an access point; the resulting page fault panics the host kernel.
