Memory exhaustion via unchecked RAS record count

Denial of service in the Linux amdgpu RAS EEPROM parser allows local users to exhaust memory via a corrupted header during initialization. The amdgpu_ras_eeprom_init function decodes the persistent header and, without validating its version or record count, uses that count to size the record allocation. Exposure requires local low-privileged access and a RAS-capable AMD GPU with a corrupted EEPROM; the bounded consequence is service interruption through memory exhaustion.
