Memory disclosure and crash via perf exit race

Race condition in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel through perf sampling during process exit. The perf exit path stops sampling only after exit_mm begins tearing down the task address space, so stack and call-chain sampling can read freed or repurposed pages. An unprivileged user can race perf_event_open sampling against exit_group to disclose memory, corrupt device state through MMIO reads, or panic the system.
