Kernel code execution via netfs request double release

Double free in the netfs request collector in Linux 6.15.3 through 6.15.5 allows remote attackers to corrupt kernel memory. When a request finishes during the pause loop, netfs_collect_in_app() enters the final wait path and drops the IN_PROGRESS reference a second time after cleanup. The trigger requires a mounted netfs-backed share and a malicious or on-path file server; consequences include kernel code execution or a crash.
